Chateau Laurier Hotel
Did you know that 80% of businesses are family-owned and employ almost 50% of our workforce? We are far overdue in celebrating their contribution to our community. As a result, the Canadian Association of Family Enterprise (CAFE Ottawa) and GGFL are hosting an event to honour families in business.
The Arnie Vered Dinner: Honouring Families in Business will be an annual gala celebrating family enterprise in Ottawa.
“Arnie was a long-standing member of CAFE,” says CAFE President Danielle Walsh. “He was a strong advocate of assisting families in business to sustain long-term economic prosperity, while simultaneously safeguarding family harmony.”
The recipient of CAFE Ottawa’s Family Enterprise of the Year Award (FEYA) will also be honoured.
Mr. Roger Greenberg – Executive Chairman: The Minto Group – will be the evening’s guest speaker.
We invite you to join us on Saturday March 5th, 2016 for our inaugural celebration of families in business from 6-11pm at the Chateau Laurier. Space is limited so we encourage you to register early.
